All deliverables are based on the source materials provided by the client. Any additional content discovered after the project start may require a revised scope and adjusted timeline.

2. Cultural Consultancy. Our cultural assessments reflect current regional norms and sensitivities as understood by our specialists at the time of review. These recommendations are advisory in nature and do not guarantee market acceptance or commercial success. Clients retain final editorial authority over all creative decisions.

3. Translation Accuracy. We aim for grammatical precision, natural readability, and contextual compliance. However, no translation service can account for every possible interpretation by every reader. Disputes regarding nuance or tone must be raised within 14 days of delivery for review and potential revision.

4. Third-Party Content. Thaigameworld is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or cultural appropriateness of any third-party assets, libraries, or tools integrated into a client’s product after our work is completed. Our assessments apply strictly to the materials we were commissioned to review.

5. Confidentiality. All client materials and project communications are treated as confidential. We do not share or reuse client scripts, builds, or internal documentation without explicit written permission. An NDA can be signed upon request before project commencement.

6. Limitation of Liability. Thaigameworld’s total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or market opportunity.
