Thaigameworld provides translation, linguistic adaptation, and cultural sensitivity assessments for software developers targeting Southeast Asian markets. Our services include but are not limited to: script translation, UI text localization, manual adaptation, and cultural review of interactive content. All deliverables are provided on a per-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate source materials, clear instructions regarding target audience and platform, and timely feedback during review cycles. You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted for localization does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Thaigameworld reserves the right to refuse work that promotes illegal activity or hate speech.
Upon full payment, you retain all rights to the localized content produced by Thaigameworld. We retain the right to display anonymized samples of our work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Our proprietary glossaries, style guides, and translation memories remain our intellectual property.
Thaigameworld's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation. We do not guarantee that localized content will achieve specific commercial results or user engagement metrics.
Either party may terminate a project with seven days' written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Thaigameworld may immediately suspend services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that damages our reputation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
